The words ‘Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu’ are an ancient Sanskrit mantra, that is very dear and sacred to us both. It translates to ‘May all the beings, in all the world(s), be happy and free’.
We love to play this mantra live with a dance rhythm, encouraging us to reconnect with our bodies. Our body holds the key to our problems, and answers can be found in the body’s intelligence. In a world where we are forced so much into our minds, and into inactivity, let us return to our bodies and dance and sweat our prayers, our love and our freedom!
We hope everyone that hears this will feel happiness and freedom, and that the sacred words inspire joy and movement in your hearts and bodies. Please listen and share, and help spread happiness and freedom across the world.
Thank you to Seb Brice at Indefra Studios for sprinkling the magic on the production, guitar, bass and percussion.
